Placing an order

Placing an order does not mean that you have purchased chosen goods. Due to the fact that sell in our warehouse is continuous, it is necessary to execute final verification of the availability of ordered items. After checking the contract, our representative will contact you by e-mail or phone to confirm the order and to inform about the costs of transportation.

Simultaneously we inform, that confirmed order is unmodifiable.

If the article is being sold in packs, please do not ask us to send you pieces. Similary if a product is being sold in mix (few colours in pack), please do not ask questions about possibility of sending one colour only.

The order is being realised in 1 - 3 working days after customer's confirmation of the order and our representative.

Sending

Caution! Prices of the packages may change because they depend on fuel prices set by the spedition company and type of payment.

Companies that are interested in receiving invoice are requested to give their detailed inforamtion needed to create the document.:

Guarantee

We do not grant written guarantee. All warranties are granted basing on invoice/bill and they last for six months from the date of purchase. Damaged goods customer is delivering on his own cost

The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods in 10 days time, without giving any particular reason. However, the product must be intact (in the same condition in which it was bought). Goods that are to be returned cannot be sent as c.o.d. Return of cash is made by transfer in 1-7 working days, after checking content of the package.

Complaints

In case of complaints we ask:

If the complaint form is filled incorrectly  or missing, no complaints will be considered at all.

Goods claimed to be defective are sent to Complaint Department in order to verify reported defects. In case of positive examination of claims the customer will receive new goods, same as those claimed defective. If there is no appropriate goods in stock, the customer shall receive equivalence of the goods value. Recovery of expenses is executed by a money transfer.
